The TCSOA family would like to extend our deepest sympathy and condolences to the family of Officer Heather Marquez on the loss of her daughter, Honorary Deputy Madaleine Racquel Frady “Chingy”.  Madaleine was laid to rest yesterday after a long battle with cancer. 

Madaleine’s spirit and enthusiasm for life, laughter and fun was truly overwhelming.  She was truly an Angel sent to all of us from Haven.  Even in the midst of her struggle, she found the strength to touch the lives of countless people. 

We will miss her smile but her spirit will live on in us and her life will continue to be our inspiration.  Rest in peace Chingy.
